MTCIT receives a delegation from The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to exchange knowledge related to roads sector

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information technology has received a delegation from The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the framework of the agreed upon initiatives between the two brotherly countries. One of these initiatives is the exchange of expertise through official visits between the two sides.

 

The visit agenda included a bilateral meeting which highlighted two presentations. The first discussed MTCIT experience in Roads categorization, design and construction manual. Moreover, it discussed Roads maintenance and Maintenance contracts in The Sultanate of Oman. The second presentation, given by the Saudi side, discussed the latest trials and experiences in Roads maintenance field as well the best practices in Roads quality and assets management.
